When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification to advise you that your order is on it’s way.
The dispatch notification means that your order has been packed and is awaiting collection from our warehouse.
Once you’ve received the notification, the shipping details such as the carrier, carrier’s website and the tracking number will be provided. You can use this information to track your order/s by clicking on the tracking link or in the My Orders section of your account.
Please allow 2 days from when you receive your notification before attempting to track your order with Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT Courier and Fastway Courier.
